Symptoms of sleep paralysis:

A feeling of being held down

A feeling of being choked

Feeling or seeing a presence in the room

A feeling of being levitated

Hearing strange sounds

You wake in the middle of the night and you cant move or talk.  Next you see your bedroom door open and a figure walks through. It may be a shadow or creature of some sort. Most times the shadow/creature will get on top of you and choke you, until finally you wake up and everything disappears.

What is sleep paralysis? Sleep paralysis is dreaming with your eyes open. During REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep, your brain paralyzes you so you don’t act out your dreams. Then you wake up while your really still dreaming, the dream world spills over into the real world. The scariest part of sleep Paralysis, you can actually feel being touched and choked by a shadow/creature, though it is not real … it feels very real.

The creature who likes to molest its victims could very well be Incubus and Succubus.

What causes sleep paralysis?

Erratic sleeping habits

Stress

To much caffeine, other simulants

Sleeping on your back

The Hatman

Imagine, your sound asleep and wake up and see a tall man in a hat in the corner of your bedroom staring at you.You rub your eyes, thinking you are seeing things, you take another look and now he is next to your bed. Your scared and don't know what to do, then he just disappears.

Was your eyes playing tricks on you, or did you just see the Hatman?

 So who is the Hatman?

He is a tall man totally black and looks solid, unlike other shadow people. He is around 6ft. tall. He wears a broad rimmed hat and what looks to be an overcoat. There are some reports that his eyes are a very deep black if you can see them.

Some believe he is the devil himself, I'm not sure I want to call him the devil. I have had encounters with him when I was a child nothing bad had happened, during or after my encounter with him. I like to call him the observer, because that's what it seems he does. There aren't many reports of him moving, though there are some and I wonder if it is another entity.

He can be seen anywhere but it is usually in the bedroom where he likes to show up. Sometimes in the corner of the room, and other times in the doorway. He does like to come closer, it seems like when you blink he is next to your bed looking down at you. Then just as mysteriously as he appeared he disappears.

The Gordon Mountain Ghost - Production Started

I remember hearing tales of the Gordon Mountain Ghost my entire life. Each storyteller would weave a different account of the demise of a young girl whose burned body was found near the lake and how her spirit still roams the mountain. Some said it was a motorcycle gang responsible for her death and some say it was the mafia, but of course, we can only speculate.

Not only does the murder go unsolved, but even the identity of the girl remains a mystery.

Mike and I decided that this would be our first investigation since the legend of the Gordon Mountain Ghost was so popular. The moment Mike turned off the main road and onto the old Gordon road, I started receiving impressions. We drove the length of the paved Gordon Mountain Road and then decided to walk up to the lake where it is said the girl was discovered.

My first time on the mountain and the psychic impressions I received were interesting but I am ready to dive in and find out the facts behind the story.

Our next trip to Gordon will be in the dark and I have to admit that I felt uneasy on the old Gordon road in the daylight. I am very curious to what the night will bring!

We got a lot of good video and I can wait to go back at night and try to contact the young lady on the mountain. Also who knows what we will uncover, once we start researching the facts.
